Oasis Covenant Fellowship Church on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in Talbot County, has a balloon ministry where God's saints go out with the intention of showing God's grace and love by making balloon animals for children and adults alike. In addition to making balloon animals, Oasis Cov's balloon ministry also gives out water to passers by and the people in the neighborhoods of Easton, Maryland. You will find  the Oasis Covenant Balloon team at different festivals around the Easton, Talbot county areas. One place we will be is at the Easton 4th of July Festival held on July 4th . We usually try to be near the Amish Market near the VFW in Easton, Maryland
