Robb Horner one of the  Pastors of Oasis Covenant Fellowship in Easton,  in Talbot County on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  Robb Horner who really has a heart for Marriage Ministry is the Pastor of Discipleship. Robb Horner  is accredited through ELIM Fellowship and  has a masters degree in counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach Robb has  been such a blessing to Oasis Covenant Fellowship Church. Robb Horner known in a funny way as our Spirit Filled Bible Guy :) is also a Christian marriage counselor  for the Life Counseling Center in Easton,  Salisbury and Dover.  Robb is an overseer and an elder for our Care group ministry. Robb is the husband to has been married for many years to Beth Horner CPA. and the father of Kendall Horner.
